Character History:
Yvette Mansion was born with albinism and was rather frail
and, as a result, was kept indoors by her father and mother for her own safety.
As she grew older, she wondered of the outside world and grew with the
anticipation of one day seeing the world. Her father and mother, in order to
keep their daughter entertained and safe within the confines of their home,
gathered architectural schematics and hired the most amazing artists of the
time from around the world (Yvette's blood line was extremely wealthy). The
most extravagant of houses was constructed around the young Yvette to keep her
occupied.
One day, whilst Yvette's parents were away on a formal trip, a group of burglars broke into the Mansion house and looted all the rooms. Eventually, they came to Yvette's bedroom where she sat playing with ceramic doll from one of her parent's travels. The burglars brutally raped Yvette. They then stabbed her in the chest and left her to die on the floor of her bedrooms.
Yvette was not dead, contrary to the burglar party's belief. She was hanging on by a thread, though that thread was most definitely taut and ready to snap. In her last moments she heard the screaming of the burglars from downstairs. The screaming abruptly ended and Yvette heard footsteps outside her door.
A man walked into the bedroom. Yvette's sight was blurry, but she made out that the man was tall and muscular, but retained a slim frame. The man hurriedly pressed a cloth to Yvette's wound and told her that he had come to the Mansion's house to offer his manual services to Yvette's parents. He was unaware that they were out of town.
The man looked down at Yvette, slowly slipping from both his hands and this world. Then he asked her a question. A question that would change her life forever. He offered her a contract. He would bestow upon her immortality in a spiritual form, capable of interacting with the world, in exchange for one thing. Yvette's spirit would become the guardian deity of the homestead of all Guardian incarnates to come. She would inhabit their homestead and watch over both the house and her masters and mistresses.

Yvette
accepted this offer and formed the Eternal Contract with Durrendal
She currently resides in Liam's house. He doesn't know of her
existence before he is Awakened, yet feels as though a guardian angel is
watching over him whenever he is home. Sometimes he hears things in other rooms
and investigates only to find that no one is there, though it was truly Yvette
protecting her young master.
She appears
throughout the book as a child, a teenager, and a motherly figure. Most
Incarnates refer to Yvette as Miss Yvette, though Ark refers to her as Madame
Mansion.
that sounds really cool! i cant wait to read about Liam and the others too!
